Solea Serena Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your Solea Serena purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Include the original inflatable insert, fully intact and undamaged
- Be returned in its original packaging
Because our products do not include tags, we assess returned items by checking that the original packaging and inflatable insert are intact, along with a general visual inspection for signs of use (including but not limited to creasing, staining, odor, or visible wear). We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange, or to issue a partial refund, if an item shows clear signs of use.
Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery using the Contact form with your order number and photos of the issue.
Refunds & Store Credit
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be offered the choice of:
- A refund to your original payment method, or
- Store credit to use on a future order
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
How to Start a Return
Contact us via the form with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and a shipping address.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, if any, will be clearly marked as such at the time of purchase and are not eligible for return.
